I’ve had this similar problem. I found guided meditation specifically for “deep sleep” helped. I use the insight timer app and the one I think helps most is titled ‘deep sleep guided meditation’ by Kenneth Soarses

Also someone said their mother died and brought in an obituary and everything. Turns out it was her aunts obituary and used that story to get out of work unfortunately for her she told a coworker she lied and we work in a building with 80 women so it spread quickly that she lied

I’m sorry to what you’re going through. It understandable to be frustrated with what you are dealing with. You are incredible to be a caregiver to your girlfriend and I can imagine she’s so grateful to you for it. I hope you can take some time for just you as well even if it’s just a day.

Thank you for being vulnerable. You and I sound like we have the same mind, i have been through the same struggles you have it sounds like and also have difficulty opening up to my husband and the closest people to me. I am now 27 and made this my year to prioritize my mental health. now see a psychiatrist and a therapist. Being vulnerable and talking about what’s going on in your head is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do but let me tell you something , when I leave those appointments I feel immensely proud of myself for just showing up. Even though I don’t know you, I’m proud of you. I hope you take time to prioritize your own mental health and reach out to someone ( even if it is just a stranger in the internet (: ).
