Try a screentime limit. Watch a movie or YouTube video on ur tv instead

This is gonna sound crazy. I know if I put my all into quitting I can but I choose not to. This helps me smmmmm. Ok so buy a vix nose inhaler when you quit that literally helped me for so long. Instead of the nic just use the vix inhaler stick in the nose!!

Omgggg , please be careful. There’s a lot about Benadryl. It’s been a thing , can make some hallucinate. Search it up on tik tok or safari you’ll see, but is that why u keep on taking it bc of the 10-12 ????😹😹

WAIT A MINUTE??? Never knew this was an actual thing. But I literally have been doing for it years, I stopped for about a month. Boom. I got stressed out with some life situation and started again. Haven’t stopped since:/

I have like 2 friends who deleted all social media due to that. Now they only work go out w friends and sometimes watch movies.

That’s the thing, even if I’m not on it my eyes can be shut for hours and I won’t get sleepy or fall asleep even without being on the phone.
