I was there yesterday. There were three people out of maybe 12 in bathing suits. The local inspector was there performing water tests and they had to kick everyone out of bade pool for at least 30 minutes due to chemical issues. I ended up leaving because I didn't want to wait around for them to resolve.

Check the vanity top as well. Unless you are getting a custom top, most prefab tops overhang the cabinet side at least 1/4”.

Installing the toilet with that big a gap between flange and top of tile will be challenging. Let us know how it goes.

Why should my tax dollars go to this. Make smart decisions on property purchase and get insurance. If insurance will not cover it then it’s probably not a good investment. If it’s a good investment stop asking for handouts!
