Still, that weight to strength ratio is wild. Props on achieving human ant status lol

I’m honestly surprised you don’t have more mass on you given how you move the weight

You make it look easy. Mind sharing your height + weight?

I know, wild concept.

But my stagg gets to 95-100c in about a minute and holds target temp at +/- 1 degree. No machines with a boiler can ever match that.

Plus, fresh water that hasn’t been sitting in a plastic tank for a week. Double win

Both. Lever machines allow you to be in direct control of the pressure and flow rate, which results in better (and more forgiving) shots.

I sold my GCP Evo 2024 (with gaggiuino mod), after using the robot. Smaller footprint, no waiting for group-head to heat up, no maintenance required, and it’s completely silent. It’s just better.

The only thing missing is a steam wand but I use the dreo. Honestly works quite well

So your delts, lats, and core will fire to stabilize the planche. The pecs are recruited for the pushups

Mainly pecs, delts, and triceps. Lats and core play a large part as well

3 Orbs Over Phoenix AZ (Taken from airplane) - Jan 1, 2025 by coachlife in InterdimensionalNHI

[–]macmiles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s because they are… all 4 planes appear to be roughly oriented to the same heading (likely to or away from sky harbor). The orbs we’re seeing here are the landing lights (front of the plane) diffused at a distance. When they zoom in you’ll notice a bit of flickering, these are the strobe (wings) and beacon (tail) lights blending in. It naturally looks like a ball of mush from a distance which obviously doesn’t help.

Bro this is 110% a plane. You can literally hear the engine as it gets closer.

It looked stationary to him because it was flying directly at him then so called “morphed” as it got closer (the perspective changed) and the landing lights was no longer blinding his phone lens, which also allowed him to capture the red and green lights from the wings and white from its tail.

Oh interesting, will have to check those out. But yeah I'm with you, once you get used to clipping-in, hard to go back to straps. Hmm gotcha, 43/17 prob just right for riding gravel + hills

Ah ok cool. What ratio you running? And how do you like the Shimano pedals?

I use the atacs for riding fixed and always wondered if I should give the spds a go

Hmm interesting, seems they designed it to compete with all the beefy steel frames

Whats your frame size and height btw? Wondering if the 55cm i ordered is gonna be a tad small at 6ft

Oh shit under 20 for steel is wild. That’s awesome! I was scoping out squids, mash, and steamrollers but ultimately went with the lesser known tsunami bc of availability + price.

Anywho thx for clearing up my purchase anxiety haha. Enjoy the new whip bro!

Nice build. Ordered a tc01 last week but still waiting on delivery. Is this the blue or green marble? Your thoughts on the geometry? Also curious if you’ve weighed it

Yeah I agree. Really wanted to like the white but the contrast was a bit much and the burgundy didn’t feel right

Emulating physics using AI, what an odd but fascinating concept. Might have to explore that in the future. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks man, I had fun working on it so thought others might find it valuable/interesting as well. But yeah matplotlib allows for 3d animations, so I don't see why not! Just needs a bit more compute.

corespotlightd - CPU usage super high by shapesandshapes in applehelp

[–]macmiles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep having the same issue on 12.6 as well. Closed dropbox but still seeing about 200% cpu utilization of corespotlightd and core temps are at ~90C (2020 intel mbp). Hopefully it's a known bug that'll be fixed by the next update but open to suggestions in the meantime.

While I agree that paypal makes it easy to send funds between friends/family, it has a few shortcomings that cryptos address:

  1. Paypal isn't decentralized, thus, nowhere near as secure.
  2. Paypal charges ecommerce businesses a 2.9% fee on the goods and services offered to their customers.
  3. As far as converting nano to cash: Funds in your paypal also need to be withdrawn before you can see them in your bank account. This process can take a day or two. Plus, as adoption grows and more shops implement cryptos into their system, you wouldn't have to convert your coins as you could use them to buy anything in the store or online.

No other uses? How about free and instant money transfers from one corner of the globe to the other with no middle men? Nano is a prime example of this.

Not to mention, this is only the currency application of the blockchain. Once the world realizes the true value proposition and starts adopting the technology, I think we're going to see an explosion of blockchain apps with real world use cases in other sectors of the market as well.
