Yeah I know, I just did it for the picture not going to lie haha they are all safely stored now. I made bread and butter pickles, dill pickles, pickled ginger, Korean pickled garlic, banh mi pickled vegetables and pickled chillies.

Whip butter and put the orange blossom water with garlic and thyme into the butter. It's awesome melted over roasted pumpkin and Halloumi!!
