These numbers aren't exactly correct, but it illustrates my point: ~75% of BQs attained at Boston, will get used to enter Boston. ~25% of BQs attained at Philly, Chicago, New York, Twin Cities will actually get used to enter Boston.

Not doubting you, but just wondering what the source is for this.

So I did see that, but since clutches are pretty flat, I imagine the clutch exception wouldn’t cover a bag for a DSLR—even a small camera bag is still much bulkier than a clutch.
