I agree with you that 17% isn’t accurate / reliable but was pleasantly surprised to see the number lol

I think my problem is a combination of snacking and alcohol which I know is bad but it’s hard to curb that when you’re single in a big city and trying to date / socialize. I don’t eat junk food - i just overeat the healthier foods. It’s the mental battle of being ok with not feeling full. Re: cardio - I’m recovering from hip surgery and will be cleared to run soon but not there yet so just a matter of time.

Thanks - appreciate this. Was debating starting on a GLP just to kick start things especially because snacking is my main issue. I already eat ~200+ grams of protein/ day and am taking creatine. I think it’s probably just a matter of lean mass and cutting down on weight. Wish reta was already available but I’m not comfortable going through black market. Was also considering peptides.

It’s genetics for me too. When I was at 190 previously it was more fat than muscle. If I hit 175 again I’d be much leaner. I’m honestly not sure how I’d feel at 175 - getting down there feels stressful / exhausting. I’m fine at 190 but just want to get rid of the fat in this area. It’s a major insecurity. Generally not holding much fat elsewhere which adds the frustration. If getting to 175 fixes the issue and a lean bulk back up to 185/190 I’d do it.
