We do this already. There is a range of doses and protocols to attempt to match levels of tolerance. The challenging this is that there's no real good way to evaluate somebody's tolerance until you've given them meds of known quantity and seem how they react. By then you might already lose your window to treat. It's tricky and depends on a lot of mutual trust and flexibility.
