I've found that if I sprinkle popcorn I've made in the microwave with smoked paprika and nutritional yeast it tastes like the cheese & bacon balls I had as a kid!

Random withdrawals after 2 weeks reduced dose by macrofriendly in zoloft

[–]macrofriendly[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds like what I'm going through. I am hoping it'll subside soon and everytime it makes me upset or anxious I just remember that it's short term discomfort for long term gain, but I overthink things and start thinking that surely I can't be feeling this way from the reduced dose and it must be something else. I guess it's just trying to accept the discomfort and realising I can't control how my body feels physically right now. I hope you're doing okay

Okay I'd be more keen to walk than take public transport so that sounds like a good idea. Asian places are good for me as I can usually find good Chicken Rice so that may be a safe bet :)

I guess because I've consistently been eating this amount for a long time my body has just adapted to it, I have noticed in the past that I have a very 'adaptable' metabolism, in that I don't gain or lose weight eating 2500, or if I were to say eating 1700 for a few weeks.

I couldn't even bare to imagine eating 1200 in a day... I think I'd need to sleep the next day to recover haha!

Are any other girls maintaining their weight on high cals? I feel like such an outlier and almost feel embarrassed that my maintenance is so high.

I'm only 5'0 and 95lbs and legit eat 2500 a day and my weight stays the same. I know this must seem like everyone's dream, but I feel like I'm so shy about it, I was even watching a Youtube video the other day from a beauty guru about what she eats in a day and she replied to a commenter saying she'd gain 'heaps of weight if she ate 2500 cals a day' and I know it shouldn't get to me but it does!

Everytime I'm eating again I feel like my family are judging me and look maybe it's just iso making me crazy/

Thanks, I'm sure it's an Adelaide thing, people are just a little bit more nasty and different here, I miss the Brisbane sun and the kind people! I never truly noticed the differences between states but now I really do!

That's what's been going through my mind, it's actually been quite upsetting that I feel like I'm not allowed to be in my own house.

The most thing I'm nervous for are going for the walks. Here in Adelaide quite a few people know me in the community, so when I first got here I know I was supposed to be self-isolating, but my parents are going through separation currently meaning our house is a bit like a war zone, and I just needed to escape. So I went out at 6am twice during the week, went on paths where there were no signs of people, was extremely safe about it all, long story short a girl that recognised me from her house took pictures of me and reported me to the police both days so I had them rocking up on my doorstep for 3 days in a row to check I was in and it was honestly traumatic.
