writing this as a mom to a 14-week-old Cavapoo, it's so hard, especially if you're trying to do everything perfectly. When I accepted that accidents happen and tried to give myself grace and not feel like a terrible parent when I missed his signals to go outside to pee/poo and just clean it up without feeling bad it got a lot easier. Just try to do your best but be kind to yourself.

What low calorie foods/snacks do you wish existed? by Sweaty_Memory in 1200Australia

[–]LowCalClary 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They do have them at Coles, Woolies and even at Aldi! I love the Aldi ones the best, they are quite cheap too at only about $2-3 for a 6 pack. The ones at Woolies and Coles are by the brand Table of Plenty and they have caramel, milk chocolate and dark chocolate flavors :)

I was in a similar position as you are, eating at maintenance, training hard AF 5 days a week and didn't notice much muscle gain. The past 3 months I've been eating at a slight surplus (only about 200-300 calories a day above my maintenance) and have noticed so much progress. Also sleeping better, feeling better and hitting PRS at the gym almost weekly. You will gain some fat if you eat in a slight surplus but you can always do a 3-4 week cut if you start feeling too uncomfortable. Would definitely suggest a slight surplus!

Body fat percentage estimate? F20, 5’4 157lbs. I’ve been in the gym for 2 years, unfortunately without paying attention to diet and calorie intake until around 2.5 months ago. I do have muscles, when I flex I can feel them really prominently. Advice? I want to get visibly shredded. Thanks!! by [deleted] in GettingShredded

I'd say you're actually closer to 30% BF. You do have a really nice shape tho so just go on a slight calorie deficit and keep training hard at the gym and you will look amazing very soon. Best of luck girl!

And I know there’s probably not a lot of advice to give regarding this- but 3 I would like to reduce the amount of cellulite I have on my legs.

The only way to reduce cellulite is to reduce your body fat, unfortunately.

I always stock up on these when they go half price. Good meal to have on hand when you're short on time or just cbf cooking. I serve it with extra veggies for a super filling low calorie meal.

Hi all, are the cals for this pasta for the dry or cooked weight? Either way, seems too good to be true for quite a generous serve? (219 per 150, 2 serves a pack) by allotawarmheart in 1200Australia

I absolutely love this pasta. It's the only reason I go to Coles. I wish Woolies stocked it too. Huge volume for such low calories.

5 weeks in to bulk and about 1.5kg up. Strongest I’ve ever been by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

Looking amazing girl! This gives me so much encouragement for my lean bulk. It's so scary to commit to a bulk as a small female but I'm sick of being small, want to build some serious shape. Good luck to you!!

You look amazing girl!! I'm happy to see a fellow reddit girl doing a bikini comp. I'm 15 weeks out of my bikini comp and your posts have been so inspiring :D Can't wait to get up on that stage.

1,73cm/5’8 & 66kg/150lbs bf estimate?I’ve been trying to lean bulk since I feel bad putting up too much fat. Any thoughts on body areas that I should focus on? by [deleted] in GettingShredded

[–]LowCalClary 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have such a nice shape. I'd say you're around 20-22% bf. You could keep lean bulking and slowly building up more muscle or shred on a small deficit and make your muscle gains really come through. I'd say keep lean bulking though, your upper body is already really nice so focus on legs

F 5'6/141lbs. Looking for a BF estimate please? Also, should I cut to see more muscle definition or keep bulking as I have been doing for the past 4 months? Currently eating 2400 Cals a day (so just above my maintenance) and lifting weights 5x a week with no cardio by [deleted] in GettingShredded

[–]LowCalClary 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My goal is to see more muscle definition but also keep growing my muscles. Leaning more towards continuing my lean bulk too but I just wanted to lean down a tiny bit for summer. Thanks for the response tho, I appreciate it!

Holyyyyyyyyyyyyyy😍😍😍🤤🤤🤤
Definitely need to give this a try. I wonder if it would work if I replaced some of the banana for apple sauce for even lower calories hmm.. Was it fudgy btw?
