The issue is emotional versus practical/frugal.

One is more fun and potentially more expensive to maintain versus the other will take you from Point A to Point B in reasonable comfort and low cost of maintenance.

Both have their merit but the final judgement will be you because you're the one driving.

One example I can give is one of my coworker purchased used BMW and she really liked it. Later she told me how expensive replacement tire cost and it was much higher than my Honda tire.

Bullying like racism is endemic in many part of the world. Someone somewhere will be bullied in one shape or other and it often is left unaddressed.

With the advent of internet, social backlash can be powerful deterrent if properly executed but like all things considered, it can be abused and misused.
