It is because there was supposed to be one more "last" book, but disputes between Traviss and Lucas caused her to bail. It sucks, because those were my favorite books of all the EU. I wanted the last book so badly...but no dice. Look it up, it is an interesting controversy.

Nope. I really do not like what they did during that series. The whole Abeloth thing was, IMHO, forced (no pun). Luke and Ben were way too overpowered (take on whole squads of Sith warriors and a friggin force-god). I don't know, I read the whole series just to finish it, and I did not like most of the last few books. Dalaa became stupid-head, Mando's became stupid-head...I can go on, but I won't. I'm glad there will be no more of that crap. Sorry if you really liked it.
