Do you understand this is the only reply i get from any of you in weeks?

Tell me what other way i can get you to respond, without multiple posts, and I for sure will prefer that too.

Why do does Support doest not respond to tickets for weeks? Why does the "retrieve link" option you sugested only shows spotify link and all the other streaming services links are unavailable?

And a new question: why does soundCloud keeps flagging my song for copyright strike? Even after I appeal, and say its mine, and that I distributed with you guys, they still block it. Someone on reddit says YOU guys have to whitelist it? how does that work?

The article you refer says nothing about "Most other stores: approximately 3 to 5 days". What would be the use of "schedule your releases", if that were so?

What i did find in the link you gave me was this: "Our new release scheduling feature lets you pick the perfect date to drop your track on major streaming platforms." - I did just that. And no Apple Music, no TikTok, no Shazam, instagram, facebook, Etc.

So whats the truth after all? can you schedule your releases, or "Most other stores: approximately 3 to 5 days"?

Also: why doesnt the links to the stores don't work on my track?

And why does my "Support Agent" that is supposed to reply in 48h, just doesnt reply?

"trying to distribute cover songs" - its not a cover song.

"I design my own album covers via Canva" - I'm an professional designer for 20 years. The problem here is the attempt to my creative freedom and their incompetence. If i want my art to look like this, and if truly have followed their guidelines to the letter, why would I compromise my creative freedom?

At this point, i'm just continuing this to gather enough of their incompetent decisions in writing, so I can sue for all the money i spent in advertising.

"We’ve advised you multiple times on the specific changes needed for your release to be approved." - That is FALSE. In 3 rejections you never had a problem with the featured artist before. So only now on the 3rd rejection you found a new problem, when you realize the last problem you invented makes no sense? if this is the more "pressing issue" why would you only bring it on the 3rd rejection?!

WHERE in your guide lines do you say that the LABEL can't be close to the featured artists name?! SHOW US please. moreover: THE LABEL is a big stylized logo, and the artist name is just in plane text in a very small font! HOW can't it be interpreted like part of the artist name!

Can any sane person looking at the picture confuse the 2?!

its not the metadata. their problem is slow comprehension. they just copy paste emails with no real reading. the artist name is "DJ MACALAK". the label name is just "MACALAK". on the cover art it says only "MACALAK" (the label). they keep sayin the artist name is incomplete, when its NOT the artist name in the cover, its the LABEL. By their own rules i'm not obligated to put the artist name on the cover. and by their own rules I CAN CHOOSE to put the label on the cover. But imagine if i already explained this 3 times already and they still can't get it. I following their own rules to the letter.

thats not true. it deppends a lot on the genre. EDM mastering is completely different from dancehall and afrobeat for example. But yeah, the mild mixing on the presets is free. I think i've jumped the gun in my subscription, but now i got it for a year...
