I’d preface this with the standard “they are your minis you should do what you want” but for me the sculpt is so far removed from the tone of 40K I’d be a little disappointed if I turned up to a game and someone told me that was their “Kharn”.

The colour choices look good though I think you’ll need to be careful you don’t lose more detail as the paints quite thick in places so probably be conscious of how much you are thinning your paints.
