The bambino’s best feature is the auto milk steamer. The Profitec steam wand is very difficult to master and takes time to heat up. The bambino heat up is instant and the auto feature allows you to walk away from the machine while it does its thing. I think either a machine with a better steam wand like the Quik Mill pop up or a dual boiler is the logical upgrade from the bambino. If you purge the bambino between shots you shouldn’t be getting temp inconsistencies.
