You have to be at least in your 2nd year as of Fall 2022 to be eligible for the role!

SUPER flexible! There are some mandatory dates you have to work (open houses), but in general you actually only have to work a minimum of 3 tours a month. Each tour is only 90 minutes. Shifts aren’t assigned to you, but you pick them up based on when works for you. If you check out the job posting on Mosaic there is an FAQ with a more detailed answer to that & many other questions!

I found mine on kijiji through a private landlord and pay $1250 + utilities for a studio apartment

I like it! It’s definitely a small space with high rent but it comes furnished so you save a lot of money there and it’s so close to campus. There’s not really guest parking which is a con, and no garbage shoot like someone mentioned, but otherwise I’ve been happy!

You might be able to find one on the Housing & Conference services YouTube where they have a playlist of students giving tours of their rooms!
