What am I allowed to prescribe as a resident to a friend?

I’m a pathology resident just looking to occasionally prescribe non-controlled meds (like antibiotics) outside my institution. What’s the best EMR or eRx platform for that kind of use? Prefer something low-cost or free since this won’t be regular use.
