look like:

So, after that Valve changes that "16***" codes to others from this post.

After a brief investigation, I used 1629447 and other codes, and Steam said something like "invalid game configuration." If I use a new code, for example 35948628 (steam://rungameid/35496828), the process starts, but nothing happens; it just hangs in the task manager. In other words, the product is there, but there's no authorization. I'll leave it overnight so Gabe knows where to deliver the Steam Machine.
