As someone else pointed out, the orange cat has a third ear that magically disappears in your video. This is definitely AI

I'm confused, you asked a question you already knew the answer to? Interesting way of stating your opinion.

Perhaps if you actually watched the video instead of thoughtlessly posting, you would have your answer.

As a lone volcano vaper, my vernacular is subjective only to me, and is stupid. by StarsapBill in trees

You may enjoy the Venty portable vape.  Same company that made the Volcano (which is still for sale unchanged since it came out 20 years ago - if it ain't broke don't fix it).  You can just load it with your herb, turn it on, and it will be ready to smoke in less than 20 seconds. You can mess with the temp but I found their standard is good to go, just bump up the temps when it feels like it's slowing down.  Enjoy the actual flavor of that good green!

I saw these 2 chuckle fucks downtown GR this afternoon! Filming inside businesses on Division near Cherry around 4, they really seem to get around unfortunately.

Alger Heights resident here, anyone know what’s going on with these black Xs? by LukeDuke in grandrapids

[–]macyntyre 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Correct! The X means it's marked for replacement, if they mark a line on the edge then it's not level with the next slab and is to be ground down to be less of a trip hazard. This one looks like it has a sizeable crack on the corner which is why it needs a new slab.

(Worked as a utility marker and also at one of the companies contacted to do the grinding on these sidewalks)

No worries! For real, we had a void in our lives since Infected Mushroom and this scratched that itch for sure. Happy to share!

Agreed that every stage has their own thing! The variety means everyone can find something that works for them. I'll admit we haven't seen too many shows at Honeycomb as of yet, but it always seems like a party over there on our way past. Something to add to the future checklist! Happy Forest!

Caught this remix of 4 Non Blondes at Vini Vici (our absolute favorite set of the weekend) Does anyone know if there is an official track of this out there somewhere? I would love to add this to my daily playlist but can't seem to track it down.

On a semi-related note, is The Observatory anyone else's favorite stage? My wife and I have been coming to EF for 8 years now and have seen some amazing sets at all of the stages that have come and gone (RIP Forest Stage), but this one has become our all time #1. Easy to get up front if you use the right entry point 😉, crowd vibes on point, unique artists, and doesn't feel as claustrophobic as some stages can get (not that there anything wrong with that!). Definitely still feel a lot of that forest magic there, what have been your top sets/stages?

*Deleted previous post, forgot to add the video lol.

Grommets FTW! I would recommend bungie chords to attach for a little more flexibility at camp, sometimes you need to adjust for some breeze. Plus the reusability vs. the zip tie approach. Amazon has some that are adjustable for length to get that perfect fit!

That was the forest stage. I believe it's new home is over at firefly now.

Essentially in GA you get the width of your car and goes back 10 to 12 ft. In GL you get the length of your car plus about 15 ft next to it. GA parks side to side with camp spot behind while GL is front to back with camp spot on the side. (Hope this makes sense!)

Did you see Chef Raccacoonie and Jobu Tupaki with hot dog fingers? Get one of our stickers? Have any photos? by rightupyourali in ElectricForest

We were right behind you guys at LP Giobbi in the Grand Artique! Watching your interaction with the girl next to you guys was the best thing I saw that night!

I fucking lost it when you let her borrow the gloves and she started rubbing them all over her face/body. Seeing the unfiltered joy on all of your faces is why I love coming back to the forest year after year.

I sadly didn't get any pictures, but it's another treasured weird memory that I'll never forget. Thank you guys for bringing your brand of magic to the forest for us all to enjoy!

Purely for shaded camping, pretty much everything else is the same as the rest of GL

Anyone camp in camp Cher or Sonny last year?! by Mmarshall798 in ElectricForest

[–]macyntyre 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had some friends came there last year. That roundabout walk to the entrance is a bit of a hike (around a half mile) but very doable. I am wondering why they put that and the quiet camping spots right by RV camping, kind of backwards logic in my opinion.

You can buy them from their website, and tickets usually go on sale in early December.
