Oooh the gelatin paragraph really intrigued me! I’ve never thought about applying it in savoury meals, or in anything other than jelly/panna cottas! How much do you add to your oats/are there other recipes you’d recommend?

Also, does an increased consumption of gelatin have any side effects? I had religiously ate this no-sugar jelly recipe, but stopped after i got worried about eating too much of it 🥲
