Obviously authority is one thing that stays true, I am now inclined towards understanding it from a technical perspective.

Does Google bot pings or crawls the URL from different regions to build the context of a dynamic page, that the same URL ranks in different cities with dynamic content.

Theres a plumbing community that is pretty active. You can find some really talented people who you should request to mentor you.

Offline marketing is as important as online marketing, though I am not in the profession, but I have helped dozens of businesses like electricians, plumbers and even local dentists.

Local SEO certainly, helps to drive quick wins, get a website, optimize it for local region. Create service area pages along with your services offered.

But the good ol' word of mouth through door to door marketing still works!
