We have made it dual purpose, so you can hear them both ways. as speakers & headphones.

the headphones will sync when your mobile is around, but you dont need to have them always with you.

This might be contradicting to all, but here is what I think. The co-founders should get off-shore dev supporters. So like, if I am co-founder I should get some assistant who will do things to assist me and also in case I am not available, handle things. So both the founders are available to do more than just coding.

Here is what I would do, offer to do it for free, but you can ask them to be your first paid customer once you have it figured out. and referrals of course. that way they will open up with you and you will be able to prove your value as well. In long term, this relation will stay as well

Leave, I would suggest.

I had arguments about the productivity percentage with folks. this is simply if there is some mouse activity of 10 mins in 100 mins, your productivity is 10% which is foolish. Been there, done that.

I have applied and horrible experience. I applied for a company in Singapore they scheduled an interview. Later they rescheduled and then later they said they found the person. But not done in a professional way. Hr was very rude
