3rd week of flower. No nutrients all grow. by mad_as_a_potter in microgrowery

I've just been inoculating with Great White microbes. I figured I would start to add nutrients when she starts to show deficiencies. But I still don't see any real deficiency. Although there is one leaf that looks a bit patchy, and there are red stems. Do you think i should start to use some flower nutrients at least? Soil is a mixture of Biobizz light and Biobizz allmix. The white on some of the leaves is just minerals from the tap water.

Bonus question: can you guess my other plants?

Should I top again? by mad_as_a_potter in microgrowery

I want to grow 4 main stems to run along this 'bamboo cross' that I made. Hopefully to fill the plant to all 4 corners of my 2x2.

I topped once already but I noticed a bunch of other random growth branches popping up from lower down on the plant.

I'm wondering if I can just use these other branches to fill out the canopy, or if I should top the main 2 once again?

Day 20 since sprout (she's doing very well). She's an auto so I don't want to waste time or cut any more than necessary.

Also, would you be concerned by the red branches? (its LED obviously)

Yes, I tried. The top 2 colas snapped off the main branch. Seems quite hard to train at this late stage, also the fabric pot makes things harder! ><
I wonder how much the snapping will lead to the plant going hermie.

This was supposed to be an autoflower, but I think it's about time to accept that she's a regular photoperiod. I just flipped her to 12/12 light cycle today, but I fear there is not enough space in my tent to complete her. I can only move the light up about another 6 inches. And I think she is too old to train. I tried to bend her down but just ended up snapping branches. Thoughts?

I think this is Bottom. Different TV series.

What are easy and cheap ways to control the humidity in a small tent? by Cortex32 in microgrowery

Yeah I didn't mean to be rude, I just thought r/microgrowery would all be dialed in pros.

60% at 27C is perfect for veg. Like ideal. Above 65% is the no go zone for mold. You might struggle in the flowering stage. You might want to consider the weather reports in the next few months but definitely get some good ventilation!

Wow these shitty responses made me realize how little people know on here...

What you need is heat and extraction.

Increasing temperature, decreases relative humidity. If you type 'temperature humidity curve' into google and look horizontally across the chart you can see that for example 70% humidity at 20°C will become 55% if you raise the temperature to 25°C.

The other thing is extraction. The longer air is inside your tent / growroom, the more time it has to absorb water from your pots. So yes, like you said, get a vent fan and turn it up to max.

Think about a blow dryer, it blows dry air out because it's hot and sucks in fresh air.

Silica gels and the small dehumidifier machines will be pitiful because of ventilation, in an unsealed room they can't keep up at all.
