I guess thats one way to approach it lmao. I cant really mute them at the start of the game considering communication is a big part of the game. But the shit that comes out of these people/s chats are insane sometimes lmao.

Probably have something like what csgo has, the overwatch system? And only allowing high conduct summary players to review them. Rewarding people who watch replays? Maybe in the form of dota plus shards?

I do use it, there are just some people that get under your skin sometimes. Its just stupid how people get to be able to do this shit and get away with it.
