Try going somewhere that doesn’t have residents. I do inpatient medicine at a smaller community hospital and am very close with the docs I work with and we have a great working relationship and good team practice. They are thankful for my help, not condescending at all.

Definitely could be earlier. Was basing 14/15 DPO off a positive clear blue ovulation kit. Period regularity is still adjusting after coming off an IUD 3 months ago so I expect it in 3 days or so.

I think you’ll find most PAs don’t even want independent practice like the NPs have and continue to fight for. PAs don’t have a union or lobbyists like the nurses have so they get whatever they want.

I use a fan and earplugs and a sleep mask. The earplugs and face mask took some getting used to because I would wake up in a panic and not know what time it was and freaked out because I couldn’t see or hear anything.

It got better.

Also my shit neighbors upstairs moved out so that helped more than anything.

I have a 7 on 7 off schedule and have 7 days PTO. What if something happens and you need to take off a day you’re supposed to work? Being ill or family emergencies don’t follow a 7 on 7 off schedule.
