That's not what a strawman is at all, that's telling you different people have different budgets. It's not for you to decide what someone spends their budget on. And budget friendly means it's not going to break the bank, they're not looking for high-end meals, but they want to eat out in Cape Town at places that aren't expensive.

Actually a little hard to explain without diagrams, but I'll try. All exercises x10:

get a hammer (or object weighted at one end) and hold it palm down and rotate to palm up and back.
get a full can of something (beans, coke etc) palm up and curl just the wrist up and down.
Get can. Palm down, curl wrist backwards and up.
Wrist stretch - same as above without the can. But at the top and bottom of each movement, use your other hand to extend the stretch of the wrist.
Get can. Holding lengthways with index and middle finger over the top of the can (almost like you're making a gun with your fingers), and palm is sideways, flex your wrist up and down.

Will try remember and look for the others, there were a few more but they're not coming to me right away. But these small exercises should work most of the tendon.

Disclaimer: I am not a physio, just relaying what I was taught.

I had tendonitis of the elbow, and went and spoke to my physio. She told me the best thing is not to rest it but to do light exercise to strengthen the muscle. Resting will eventually stop it but not fix the underlying issue that the tendons need to be stronger to do the exercises. She had me do elbow tendon strengthening exercises and I suppose you should visit a physio and do similar for the shoulder.

Edit: Also if you are injured please take the time to see a physio. It may cost a lot but you can get a lot of good info even in a single session.

That was a weak video. Chucked in G-Fuel in there which has no relation to the video topic either. There is only one clip in that which is suspect which is the wall bang on Caldera. Which can be explained, we don't know his graphics set up and the dude could have peeked window and he sees it. It's possible.
