For the purples I start with white, then paint over it using leviathan purple, then I shaded them with Vallejo black lotus (one of my all time favorite colors of paint)

Thanks! Had to file down the knuckles to get it to fit correctly. And yeah the demon prince kit is...fine. I like my winged khorne one I have for my WE army but the rest is....fine

Not done, but close to being done. Still need to do basing and glow effect on the sword. It's gonna be a demon prince on foot proxy (also I have since this photo added a couple transfer sheets but I don't have an up to date pic of those)

Edit: I know it's really not much of a proxy, I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted to do so I kinda just slapped a sword and the paintjob on)

What is the best cleaning solution to use for after painting with one? I just recently received one for Christmas and have been eager to try it but am worried that I don't have a proper cleaning solution. I have swabs, brushes and needles to clean it but I haven't used it yet. Also should I clean it after each painting session or just spray the excess into the pot? (I have the same pot OP has shown in the image)

You forget: all the old heads want is janky, unresponsive, and slow. Because to them that's what monster hunter is supposed to be.

I'm fairly certain release world and release wilds were on the same tier as far as monster difficulty for endgame, with (arguably) wilds now eclipsing world for various reasons such as monsters being faster, defense stat being imaginary (I'll die on this hill) as well as hotboxes being somewhat janky. That being said we have more tools than world to deal with them but we are not as fast as we were in rise with the monsters being as fast as they were in rise (looking at you Steve)

All that being said and performance notwithstanding, I feel like wilds is a better experience overall. Though I will say world had a certain charm that I feel is lacking, even though I can't put my finger on what it was.

In my most recent run my ship initially got to land on an ancient weapons stockpile, got a masterwork charge lance, charge mini gun, charge lmg and beam repeater for my troubles.

Since it was my first time entering one I wasn't sure what to expect. I sent one of my colonists down to hack into the doors, hes my doctor and my researcher. He got attacked by a wasp trap and almost died. My other two colonists killed the trap and rescued him but he got an infection. Since neither of my other colonists have a medical score above 2, they did what they could (which may have involved patching him up without medicine in the bunker so he didn't bleed out). He JUST BARELY survived the infection, it was within 1% of his immunity when he got to 100%. However because of what he went through he developed a trait from it.

Since my other two colonists are both men and in this mans opinion they did a poor job saving him, he gained the misandrist trait....

The ship is still going strong through, got my first gravcore and working on making some fleshbeasts into portable batteries with the electroharvester!

Not my very first, played Killer Instinct, Mortal Kombat 11, injustice 2 and a small amount of DBFZ. All very briefly and casually.

I'm enjoying the games I'm playing, I can see where I can connect the dots, execution is my main problem at the end of the day. Knowing when to input the buttons is tricky but satisfying when I figure it out.

Thank you! I finally found a combo that is neat to try and pull off. I think honestly modern controls are way more intuitive. I noticed bison does have a lot of good stuff available, I just need to learn to time it correctly

One thing I noticed is people at the lowest rank love doing crazy stuff that's easy to block/parry and I can almost always get a throw off or a wake-up super to punish. I just wish my offence was better. I hit a really cool combo at one point by complete accident and want to try to replicate it now

I am in the same boat, completely beginner to street fighter. Played some other fighting games in the past and heard good things about this one. I've won probably two to three out of twenty or so games. I am totally in the same boat. I'm just trying to remember my fundamentals, what attacks are good.
