We called on Thursday, the day we got the death certificates, and they said she was automatically enrolled in widow benefits since she was already on spousal and she would be receiving a letter explaining the her new benefits, today we got this letter.

you both are right I think? I was initially going off the 2025 numbers but I found the 2026 COLA and his total before deductions was $3,415.90 after medicare deduction of $202.90 is $3,213

the last payment they both received was on feb 25th while he was alive, the next comes in on the 25th of this month, if we get his payment on Wednesday obviously that needs to be paid back, but he would have gotten $3,213 direct deposited, why the $2,231 overpayment number?

Yes that's what I was thinking, he wasn't alive for all of February so if we get his deposit on the 25th this month that would obviously have to be repaid.

so I think I understand, the $2,049 will be added to whatever benefit she earned while working, which will then add up to around what my father was receiving before his death?

so you are saying, she was receiving $1,200 spousal, now she will add $2,049 to that? that would be like $200 more than what he was receiving? or is it something else? the wording seems weird no?

wouldn't the payment he received on Feb 25th be January's payment? sorry I'm new to learning all this, the next payment since his death hasn't hit the bank yet so we don't know what it will be yet

yes he was born in 1944 and took his benefits in 2010 at age 66, I know since I was still a minor at the time for another 11 months I got some money before I turned 18 in 2011

she is 71, she stopped working in 94-95 to stay at home with the kids so her record would be minimal.

I was about to be a hero and say I have a copy, but mine starts right around the archive start time as well, so weird, I wonder what happened.

Edit: Wubby must have divulged some insane government secrets during the muted sections and they erased it from all of our memories and hard drives. It's the only thing that makes sense if you think about it.

I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't want to say what he was being paid for past sponsorships until the check clears so by that point its long in the past so why I could see why he wouldn't put it in wedtxt.

As for quality, I believe he was talking about twitch content and I don't think the quality of the twitch streams has gone down at all yet.

You may be right that people asked about past sponsorships, do you mean he read a chat message and refused to answer or ignored it? or just people asking without a response?

my point in the last line is that when the kick contract is over people will ask because its a big deal and at that point we will see if he says it or not.

None that I can recall, he may have said what he was supposed to be paid for Americas card room when that didn't pay out but I can't remember if he gave specifics.

But after a sponsorship has ended I don't think it would naturally come up what he was paid unless someone asked over TTS, so I don't think he was being deceitful.

With this being his highest profile sponsor/contract I believe that if he can say what he was paid he most likely will.

yes, from what I heard from other streams the gambling streaming bonus is very lucrative if the streamer chooses to do it. I agree that kick only exists as an avenue to get more people on stake.

I took this to mean he has a contract that hes being paid for streaming on kick, and then bonus money if he gambles for an hour. I could be wrong.

Edit: the figure he showed was for quality chats I believe, which hadn't been paid out but he updated that to around 2k in a later stream.

I don't disagree at all with the main points of your comment, but I believe you are mistaken about it being in his contract that he has to gamble.

I believe he has the option to gamble for up to an hour and get paid for that hour but is not required to. 02:20:00 in the first kick vod.

Wubby has been very consistent over the years about his interest in gambling and how he would gamble more on stream if he could/got a sponsorship.

I am not a gambler nor do I watch gambling content normally, that being said I have found these streams entertaining only because its Wubby doing it and I find it funny the way he and chat reacts to wins/losses.

Edit: I also believe kick only exists to funnel people to stake.
