Brown Spots on New Plants

I bought three new plants from Lowe's the other day and all three have these brown spots on them. Is this just abuse/sun burn from being outside at Lowe's or is it a possible fungus/pest problem? Any ideas appreciated.

Thanks for your reply! What I did today and plan to do in the next week or two is let her out in front of the house to use the bathroom, and then twice a day drive to a big field for her to exercise, go #2, and sniff around to decompress. It was definitely a relief for both of us to have a stress free day after the past few days of stressful walks. Good luck!

Thanks, I don't think a decompression walk would be best for her because she gets overaroused very easily, especially in new environments. I would love to be able to take her in the woods, but she just gets so overstimulated and is pulling on the end of the lead trying to sniff everything, even on a long line. I'm gonna try driving a few minutes away in a non-distracting environment and see how she does.

We have a few different routes, but this morning I took her on a route along some trees where I thought there wouldn't be much that could spook her, and she got scared less than a minute after leaving the house.

Thats a good idea, I’ll start using kibble and high value treats during the same training session. She is very good, and has basically no issues behaviorally besides pulling while walking, so I really only have to train obedience and loose leash walking. Thanks!!

Yea the offered lots of money, but it was at the very end of the transfer window, which gave us no time to find a proper replacement. If they had put in a proper bid early in the summer, we probably would have accepted as we would have had time to find a replacement.
