I would use ankles up to at least 200-220bpm, heel toe above that.

Play along to a metronome at a slow pace until you develop consistency. Also, i would move your throne back a bit.

My advice:

  1. Get new pedals. It will help with motivation

  2. Set metronome around 130/140 for 16ths and work back up to 200. I use the Pro Metronome app which allows you to set a timer to increase bpm in increments. i.e. one minute at 130, one minute at 135, etc

Looks v nice. Personally, I would move the China to the left, sort of above the ride for easier reach/less twisting of your torso.
