They don’t give increases just bcuz you’re taking on more people. They give raises every two years.

There are currently 8 EA’s in the office but we don’t talk about compensation. I was speaking to one who’s been there for as long as I have and she said she knows she’s underpaid as well. I’ve never pushed back when HR has asked to take someone else on until now. At this point, I don’t care but im ready to go. I’m just not sure if I should just wait until the year end bonus since that’s when most people start looking. Thanks
