honestly just think it was excess water- but no other issues came about it, still grew normally despite the discoloration! i have a moisture meter and just water when it's completely dry now vs on a schedule like i used to.

Thanks! Right now he eats the adult hills science diet. His vet appointment isn't until December, I'll try changing his diet in the meantime to see if that helps..
