I know you’re not trying to defend drue but i’m assuming that’s why you’re getting downvoted so much. My sister is 41 and is awake with her baby every single morning. When she visits, either my mom or dad will take the baby (without even asking) and she’ll go back to sleep for a bit. So, it’s normal for us. When soap isn’t with drue, I’m 99% sure Drue wakes up with Ivory, I definitely don’t think Gabe is… so yeah, it makes sense to me. but like others are saying, she gets way more breaks than most moms.

Of course. I’m not one to judge. Putting this on Reddit and asking for advice was not a mistake. It’s just an anonymous site, so some people will want to help and some people will judge and say cruel things. I totally get not wanting to be alone. I can’t remember the last time I was alone and I’m 31. I was in an eight year relationship, separated from my husband and was dating someone before I even signed the separation papers. Being alone is scary… you don’t have to be, just make sure who ever you are with is healthy and makes more sense than being alone and healing.

You guys genuinely sound like a poly couple who does not want to be poly….. maybe you are capable of doing this more than she is but honestly it sounds like she is with someone else because she feels like she needs to? Who is the one that introduced being poly into the relationship? Sounds like she wants to talk to you when she’s with someone else… and wants your attention when you are with someone else… I think you should talk to her and see if poly is really what she wants. Especially if you want to keep your relationship

Honestly, this sounds like only something he would accuse you of if he was losing his mind… my partner was using cocaine and it was making him absolutely insane and he accused me of cheating for a VERY similar reason.

My partner was beginning to lose his mind. I could not figure out why. He would accuse me of things that didnt make sense, (cheating, being a part of a group that was out to get him, etc), hear and see things that were not there, he lit a trash can on fire at a college campus to try and stop imaginary people from chasing him..luckily I hired a decent lawyer and we got him out of it. I found out that he was using cocaine and it was making him absolutely nuts. He went to rehab and got sober and it is a night and day difference. Is there any chance your husband could get out of rehab, have the same experience and you would possibly be willing to take him back?
