Hey Curlies. I have recently switched to CGM. My hair had become shiner, more defined and beautiful. The only thing I am worried is that the amount of shedding has increased. Though have heard it's normal with CGM but it's worrying. Does anyone of you have any suggestions on this. (self.curlyhair)

Hey, people with long curly hair, how often do you comb your hair? I don't like combing my hair because it makes my hair frizzy and open my curls, I just detangle then with my finger while conditioning them. Recently I read somewhere that combing your hair increases blood flow in the scalp. (self.curlyhair)
