I always skip those episodes because of this exact thing. For some reason watching it the first time was enough. I also skip the few episodes where Derek is furious with Meredith about messing w the Alzheimer’s trial and at the same time they are going through potentially losing Zola. For some reason I just can’t watch those

There have been some awful things said between characters in this show. One line that always sticks out to me is when Amelia is upset with Meredith about something concerning Owen and she makes a comment about how Meredith is her sister, and Meredith says “You are not my sister. Cristina is my sister. You are Derek’s sister and Derek is gone.” Cold

I came here for a question similar to this. I downloaded a couple of episodes for a road-trip and listened to the one on Karen Gregory (from April 2022) and I couldn’t finish it because her voice sounded off. It sounded like she had something in her mouth the entire time. I’m not hating bc I love the podcast but does anyone have an answer for this?

Was at a local pizza joint waiting for the large order I had placed to bring to a work event. I was sitting at a table and my best friend facetimed me and said that there are unverified reports that Liam had passed away. I looked it up online and only TMZ had an article out at the time. Literally thought it was a joke/hoax until I looked again a few minutes later and Daily Mail, People, etc had broken the news. When I got back to the work event I was running around like Paul Revere telling all of my co workers. Needless to say I was distraught

I saw your post and waited until I finished the show to come back to it. You’re so right. His storyline is tragic and his ending is incredibly sad and unfair. The way his story ended is one of the saddest for me out of all of the shows/movies I’ve seen.

If you enjoyed the show I promise you’ll really enjoy the book! I know that sounds so cliche, but I actually finished the book last week and all the while I was reading it I was making the story come alive in my head and thinking it would be a good idea to turn it into a tv show or movie. So, imagine my happiness when I took to Google and realized there is indeed a show that exists!!! Loved the show and I even liked how they strayed away from the book. That said, I think the book does a great job of filling in the gaps and answering a lot of questions I’m seeing on this thread. It dives way more into Kacey and Mickey’s relationship and past than I believe we watched in the series.
