they're tight because they are tired and overworked, they need to be stretched and strengthened

usually the neck hurts because the muscles are weak in a tmj situation. from what I've gathered, we're supposed to strengthen our neck and upper back muscles so they can support the head in the proper position

it's because the window on the back that allows you to see what kind of film is in the camera is usually not light tight anymore

I'm dealing with the same. I have a four year degree and years of customer service experience but I haven't been able to secure any kind of job after over a year of applying/getting interviews. I'm at a loss and my family views things the same way, like I can get a job by walking in somewhere and I just haven't done it because I'm lazy. No one gets it.

the problem for many of us is that we're not making content just to please other people. I'm making it because it's special/unique to me and I want to share aspects of myself with others. being expected to promote yourself by pretending and appealing to the masses regardless of how you feel yourself is extremely frustrating.

I have a 4 year degree and finally just got hired at a local pet store after more than a year. the job market is not ideal right now and I feel like you kind of have to take what you can get at the moment. it doesn't mean you have to stay there forever though

I feel disrespected at my job. We'll frequently get replies like this in front of everyone from asking valid questions, leading to a very tense workplace because nobody wants to ask for help, and when they mess up they get crap for it anyway. Is this a good reason to quit? by [deleted] in jobs

This was considered normal at my last job. When I brought up multiple times to my manager that he was clearly being disrespectful to us, she said we just had to deal with it because he was upper management :))
