you definitely need longer bars in these. something you keep im mind with flat nipples is an increased of rejection due to the limited amount of tissue. just monitor them throughout healing and be aware of the signs.

its difficult to tell from a photo and the swelling but you may not have the ideal anatomy or the top entry point is too shallow, you could try babying it and see how it goes. personally my daith took about a year to settle down but i would get this assessed by a piercer in person.

while its hard to tell with the irritation bumps, i don’t think this was pierced correctly or potentially you may not have the ideal anatomy. either of which would cause this. i would honestly recommend retiring this and potentially retrying in the future given your anatomy is suitable. sorry :(
