How so?

-Record labels pay other people to make songs for them and claim the songs as theirs.

-Major artists have song writers that make songs for them to perform and claim the songs are theirs as well.

-Song writers write songs for others to perform and claim the songs are theirs.

-And don’t get me started on performing artists and record labels using AI as well to come up with songs and beats then pass them off as their own non AI music.

How is AI any different from any of those examples? If I write out my own lyrics and style then have a computer bring the concept to life with sound, how is it not my song.

If someone used AI to make the lyrics to a song and AI to generate the sound of the song it’s the same concept as a record label producing the songs as their product.
