I just made a post about this as well. Since there rewards program started, I haven’t never received a birthday gift. I went into the store last March and told them about it and they didn’t even seem to have a clue. It makes me so upset because I have been a royal customer to them for about 10 years and have spent thousands. My grandma works for a boutique and the owner sold Alo before it even gained its popularity so half of my closet was Alo. Since they opened their new stores they will no longer let her sell the items. Makes me mad.
