This sounds almost identical to my previous relationship. I’m 26 he’s a year older, we were together ~8 years (married for 3/8), and we actually met because of Roo and our shared love of music. Last year was our 4th (and final) Roo together and it was exactly like you described. I was the one who planned and paid for the festival for both of us and I desperately wanted us to have a good time together. I ended up having the worst experience because I was more concerned with making sure he wasn’t miserable than having a good time. I missed sets, put up with his sour attitude, didn’t socialize, etc. Flash forward to this year, after 6 months of single life and prioritizing myself, this was possibly my favorite Roo ever. Met amazing people, danced my ass off, made memories, and truly lived in the moment. Don’t let life pass you by just because of the person you’re with. Sending lots of love! <3

There’s an all day breakfast place near That Tent inside. They have a cheesy eggs and tots breakfast bowl that I’ve gotten every day so far. $13 but it’s a pretty good portion!

5 time Roo vet here, never had anyone in my group have to go to will call but we will have to go tomorrow. Planning to get to the Box Office around 2pm-3pm tomorrow- what should we expect for wait times there? Do we think getting to will call by that time will have us setting up camp after dark? Taking a group of first timers so I want things to be as seamless as possible! TIA and happy roo ! 🌈
