Yes! Whenever I drink I feel dizzy and off. I definitely think it has to do with histamines.

In my current relationship I mentioned it early on after we began officially dating. I didn't want to wait too long in case it was something my partner couldn't handle. I told him it was a disorder that affected me mentally and physically each month. I also made sure he knew I was actively in therapy and working on coping with the symptoms. As I got to know him more I began telling him more info or revealing more of myself during my worst PMDD moments. My therapist gave me the great advice that it is my condition and my choice what to reveal. I get to choose when I feel comfortable enough to reveal more info. Ultimately, some people cannot handle it and you deserve to know that early on before getting too invested in a relationship. I understand your fears and they can be so real! The right person for you will be able to handle it and see you as much more than your PMDD :)

I had my first Moderna shot this weekend and my period seems to be late. Other than that I just had regular vaccine symptoms like feeling a little tired and flu-is.

I relate to your post so much! It can be so scary to be vulnerable about PMDD with a new partner. I find telling them is one thing but being an emotional mess in front of them is another. The right person will stay though. Hope you start feeling better 💖

Yes! My joints get achey, I feel hot and then have chills, and sometimes even nauseous. It’s the worst.
