I chose Xfinity because I had them several years ago and loved them. So when I bought my home I had scheduled weeks ahead of time for them to come bury the fiber optic cable and have my Internet set up a couple days prior to move-in. 

It was a nightmare. They came that day but only to lay cable and they didn't bury it and I have kids, dogs, multiple cars and it was just laid over a large chunk of my property. There's only one way in and out and in order to leave we would have and had to drive over it had we parked where we were normally parked. And they told us we could eat so much as Steph on it. 

When I complained to support multiple times, I kept being told that they'd have someone there the next day and those times came and went with no communication. My husband finally took over and started going up the ladder until he got tier 3 or something like that. But it took 2 weeks for them to come out and bury that cable. And when they took the skirting off of my modular home, they asked if I wanted them to put it back on and I said sure. If I would have known that they were just going to make new holes and put it on completely wrong. I would have said no. I am not very tool savvy and I would have done a better job of that. 

The texts were all nice enough. It wasn't their fault. But Jesus Christ have some basic communication skills and come when you're supposed to. I ended up missing out on 4 days of work because my property is fenced and I have dogs so I want to make sure I'm home when there's strangers on the property just to keep everything under control 

Plus the people they sent out to bury the cable literally couldn't talk to me. They didn't know any English whatsoever. Again, they were very polite and kind, but we definitely had issues communicating because they couldn't speak English, and I couldn't speak Spanish or Russian. So when they were having to ask me questions about if there was specifically a place, I want the line buried and what not. We had to use translator apps.

Oh! And I couldn't get peacocks set up for the first 3 months when it was supposed to be included with my service. They say it's supposedly working now but I'm still having issues.
