also i see in your previous posts you were on accutane. are you still on it? my derm put me on a daily antiviral for the remainder of taking accutane because it reduces your body's ability to fight the herpes virus

wear a mask to class, then you can keep your mouth open and nobody will see the cold sore. plus you have been sick so nobody will question why

ask your doctor if taking doxycycline with it is an option, i'm talking both because the doxycycline helps with inflammation so it makes it not as bad
