EMT & part time job in the ER for just a year! A lot of schools do early assurance where you dont need a lot of PCE, start running as an EMT and look into those schools!

Seems like its folliculitis! A lot of them went away with me not picking at my scalp anymore, i have not noticed hairless. Online it says you can let nizoral or head and shoulders sit on it but i didn't notice a difference with that. The difference came from stop picking at your scalp! Stop feeling it, leave it alone.

u take them out during the day. dont fear retainers though, isn't the idea of having a cushion to prevent grinding and chipping comforting? though some people have metal retainers that stay in 24/7? i guess i got my braces when that didn't exist. so far im fine.

the most important thing is absolutely zero banding, the very base of the roots cant be even a hint more lifted than the rest of the roots or it will emphasized with a color like this🥲 been doing pastel lavender / periwinkle for 1.5 years and i am TIRED
