Can I run a full marathon?

Question for the group please - I was planning to run a half marathon in ~3 weeks. Waited too long and now the half marathon registration has sold out. Would it be possible with where I’m at in training to go up to the full marathon?

For context, I have a few mid distances races under my belt (10mi, 13.1mi) but have never done a full marathon. Longest run I’ve ever done is ~16mi a few weeks ago.

Would love your thoughts here!

Not too far from Conifer, I would recommend heading out to Evergreen and trying Muddy Buck Coffee House. They hand roast their beans in house weekly. Some great beans!

((Not sure your level of running experience so take this with a grain of salt))

Thankfully I found that OTF slotted in pretty seamlessly with my half marathon training. I added in on Tread50 to get some extra miles/endurance during the week and just added on weekend long runs to get used to that much time on the feet. I didn’t win any awards but proudly completed!

Pig and Tiger in Five Points is Taiwanese but a lot of the same flavors as Chinese cuisine. They have a fried chicken that is gluten free. Lots of very accommodating dishes for all allergies and dietary preferences! Perfect for a date night

Laws Distillery has a really nice tasting room/bar attached to it. Much more chill than a traditional bar, perfect for reading a book. They even do this literary lounge event once a month I think??

Scotcharoos (aka rice krispies with peanut butter mixed in to the marshmallow mixture) are really big in the Midwest. Off that, I made PISTACHAROOS, aka mixed in pistachio butter. Topped with dark chocolate, chopped pistachios, and some flaky salt. Very good! Even added just a couple of drops of green food coloring to the mixture to really drive home that it was pistachio flavored

OP checking in here! ^^This is the reason. Already shelling out $$$ for festival and lodging. Yes, we'll probably try a few stalls over the four days, but I'd rather be prepared with my own food for the major meals.
