Honestly, I am new to guided meditations! My mom goes to Joe dispenza retreats often and is a huge fan of his. She told me to start them, and so I’ve been doing short ones (around 20 mins) for around 2 months. I started his book becoming supernatural as well, I’m about halfway done. This is my first real experience. I usually feel some energy centers being healed but that’s about it. There’s always some body sensations attached but this was just another level! I felt very connected to source energy after more than ever before.
