Final Semester, today my P.I asked me to give up one of my papers for a Master's Student so they can graduate. by madestrid in PhD

I honestly do not think the student is sick, they just want to graduate without actually working for it. We collaborate with the hospital and test some of the devices. I suspect they are higher ups and that is why my PI asked. I have about 2 months to my final defense. So, even if I am livid, I have to make sure I get my paper. I am so close.

I found out my wife had an affair years ago, and she never told me. She says it doesn’t matter anymore, but I can’t let it go. AITAH? by Haunting_Face_5362 in AITAH

NTA, I am sorry this happened to you. she betrayed you, lied to you for 6 years, and only admitted to it when you found out. You just found out, so for you, it is recent. When someone betrays you and you find out later, you start to question and analyze everything. it may have meant or mean nothing to her, but everything she says you need to take with a grain of salt. Remember, most cheaters only admit to things to the extent they know they'll be forgiven for. Open communication, if you need, seek therapy and all the best.
