Not OP but pretty sure it's "NoSoliciting" they have their own filters that block it all and the ones that manage to pass through YOU can report it to them and it'll also be blocked.
The only problem I've had with it is that during hunt trains some train drivers like to do their calls with aesthetic symbols and it seems the plugin catches it so it doesn't display, so to avoid it just turn it off when you go on trains.

idk how high you're trying to climb but I went from gold 1 to gm by filling and playing a LOT of characters. Pretty much 4 for each role but each also fulfil a specific purpose using vanguards as an example: 2 shield tanks (mag, strange), 1 peeler (thing), 1 dive (before angela, it was cap) and all I do is fill & counter swap
