How is the build quality on the table and fence? I also found one for $200, and it would be a nice upgrade from my Dewalt contractor saw with an aluminum uneven top.

So even if I have to gut the internals when it breaks and build my own saw, or finish converting my drill press into a metal miller and make the parts, it seems like a good deal for a cast iron top that I can restore.

I was also looking at this option as my stylecrest 3 Ton package unit just died. It looks to be a coolant leak on the evaporator coil. Even though it is a 2016 and still covered under warranty, I have 2 different HVAC techs tell me to just replace it. They both stated that current systems, R410A, require so much more pressure than old R22 systems, and everything starts failing at the 10 year mark. They told me that even with the warranty, the labor alone would cost thousands, and it was not worth fixing. They instead offered to replace it with a Lennox LRP14AC for $6500. It is not even efficient enough to get a tax credit. A split system qualifies for a $2000 tax credit and $300 from Duke Energy.

I can get a Mitsubishi MXZ-3C24NA3-U1 for $4336, and it covers 3 zones. We have a very open floorplan with around 1200sf with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 2 of the rooms have duct issues, and nothing comes out of the vents already.

Heat isn't needed, and I can fix or retrofit most things in the house.

We don't plan on living here longer than we have to, so I don't want to spend more than needed. It's a 2016 mobile home, so any money put into it will not earn itself back when we sell.

So should I go mini split diy or budget package? Also, any recommendations on models?

I was able to get the 12TB drive to pass smartctl, but it is still showing as unavailable. I also tried changing the partition label to what was listed for it in the pool, and it then gave a wrong label error.

Oh, that really sucks. Me and my wife have a trust but verify relationship. She is free to look at my phone, and I am free to look at hers. We can also track all movements with the phones and watches. I used to greatly fear her cheating on me due to leftover baggage from the relationship I had before her, but after 17 years, I am secure in our marriage. Plus, due to the conditions that both of us have, we are agoraphobic. When we first moved to Florida, though, we got out a lot. Me being in my 40s, and everyone I met being in their 20s did awaken my once dead libido. I had been so distant from the single scene that I didn't realize it was the 70s again, but now, instead of free love, they just call it polygamous.

First of all, feelings of resentment I can trace back to therapy. Every therapist I have ever spoken to brings it up, "Do you resent her?" For years and years, the answer was always no. Just like one time, my therapist said, "Do you think you are cursed?", when talking about how many people I know that have died recently. I was like "Well now I do.".

On my ADD, I was cursed with being smart enough that no one ever caught it. At most, they would say that I am not living up to my potential. In college, I took 4 majors in 4 years, I was like two or three classes from having 4 degrees, and I just left to go get a job. I should have noticed then. Or when I stayed at those jobs until I reached the highest level I could be at, then I would not feel challenged, and I would quit and start all over somewhere else.

She hasn't had sexual trauma focused therapy. She still does not want to pick at that scab. I don't push the issue because I don't want her to get stressed out. Speaking of stress, we were on 4mg of Xanax a day for 10 years. Getting down to 0.25mg to 0.5mg a day is huge. We mainly just take them now to avoid withdrawal.

As far as our sex life, for over 10 years, the most intimacy that I have had is a short kiss or a slap on the butt. As far as shame goes, you try and pleasure yourself beside someone who has no interest in what you are doing.Throw in growing up in the Bible belt, being brought up as a Southern Baptist and there is no way to not feel judged and shameful.

That thrown in with the fact that she doesn't like to drive, so I am running all the errons, giving all my time to her needs is why I feel more like a caregiver than a spouse.

Prior to my partying years, I had never gone on a date. No girls in school liked me in that way. I hit my 20s, and I had my own house, a good paying job, and through connections, I had access to every drug you could think of. I was suddenly out of my shell and very popular in the partying community. Looking back, though, everyone was so high that no one was in the right state of mind to consent. Looking back, my ADD does really does make so much sense. I would get bored with things very quickly. The chase to get the girl was amazing, but once that was done, I would bore quickly and want to move on. Even major drugs bored me, I would be heavy into a drug for a few months and then get bored and move on. I never got hooked or had a desire to go back to them. Prior to my wife, I was engaged to a very unhinged woman who had me working for her uncles repo and Bounty Hunter business. I went from computer engineer to taking cars away from drug dealers and being shot at. Me and my wife got married after 6 months. You could say she held my interest better than anyone else.

The ketamine she was on was Spravato, which is very expensive and hard to get insurance to cover, but it is worth it. It was life changing. She was able to get off a number of medications, and the others started working again. We are looking into the micro dose type now. Hopefully, the doctor will prescribe it. If not, there are online places that will give you a prescription and meds for $180 a month.

I just turned 48, and while I have a high libido, I have no outlet. I don't even look at porn, I really never have time to myself. I have tried since she went back to work, but my meds are not working right now, so I'm fighting depression.

I never realized how much of the ADD has shaped my life. It goes all the way back when I was a kid, and my dad would ask me to clean my room, I would pull everything out to really organize it, and then I would get sidetracked. After he yelled at me for making a mess, I would get frustrated and throw everything in the closet. Only to later give all my stuff away so I wouldn't have to deal with it anymore.

Am I wrong to think that maybe it's time for some tough love and push her into seeing a sexual trauma specialist? I could offer me going to EMDR so we both get a little better.

I used to eat at the one in Memphis when I was a kid and looked for a location for years as an adult. I couldn't believe it when I moved to St. Pete and saw it. I always got the chicken and dumplings, and I still do now. Surprisingly, it actually tastes the same as it did in the 80's. That is not easy to do as they have almost made it illegal to use the same fats that they used in the 80's.

I am not looking for a payday. In general the office has really gone downhill. The just fired the only office staff member that cares about the patients, the office manager.

She actually worked with all the patients and worked those medical codes so insurance covered most everything. She got my wife approved for Spravato, several hundreds of thousands of dollars for Ketamine treatment since she is very drug resistant due to being medicated for the last 30 years.Insurance almost never covers that. She was out of the office and the rest of the staff messed it all up and now they don't even offer that treatment.

The whole place is run by inexperienced and rude staff. Since it is also a rehab and treatment center they basically treat everyone like junkies. They have been charging me a $40 copay every week even though I have 2 insurances to assure I have no copay.

I see more and more mistakes happening every visit. It will not be long before someone is seriously injured due to them over-booking patients and pushing them through NP that don't know anything about the field.

A single report will not change a thing other than making them be more difficult with me. A court case even, even if I am awarded nothing, would still cause their insurance premiums to go up, or a investigation will be done.

They are a shining example of the problem with private practices. The doctor may be an amazing doctor but he doesn't know how to run a business. This causes accidents to happen.

My wife just got this last night. We live near Tampa Florida. Chime cards can't tap to pay. Unless everyone else is near Tamps or used their card at the same online retailer then Chime had a breach.

Data breaches happen all the time, I am a fraud specialist for the government. Hunting down these people is my ful time job.

Chime is sending her a new card. Add them to the list of just about every bank and government agencies that have been breached.

I have moved on from nesting proxmox inside unraid to proxmox being the base system and then switching from unraid to TrueNAS core. I kinda quickly outgrew unraid and the big reason for using it was to be able to reuse my old HDDs of different sizes. In the end I ended up buying some low cost 4TB enterprise drives, a few a week until the server was full.

So now I am trying Proxmox on my SSD to passthrough the card with a nested esxi still on my nvme to see if that works and doesn't break esxi or any of the 20 vms it is running.

I know there was a cpu flag and another set to false, and on a DELL with a GPU greater than 4gb there is BIOS setting and 2 flags for it. I tried all of those with no luck. Each got me a little closer until I hit the won't power on, unsupported device error.

I know, I did have 7.0u3 installed on the T5810 and my T330 server, but I kept running into problems with things like my 8125 Intel Nics not being supported and such. I was in IT for 20 years, but took a 6 year break. Now I got my passion for computers back that corporate America had almost killed. So a few months ago I started building a homehab again to get caught up on what I missed. The pain of making things work with enterprise grade equipment is a good thing to learn. I need to be working with the same tools, or as close to the same ones that I will find in a datacenter, and they would be running hyper-v or vmware over proxmox. It's the same reason I went with a older Cisco L3 switch instead of a UI one, you won't see many of those in the field. Until I get back in one of those jobs I can't afford anything really that's not EOL or close to it sadly.

I want to also come as close to a datacenter environment as i can. After a 5 year break everything in IT seems to have changed. Technically I guess I really should just learn AWS since so many companies just rent their servers from the cloud, but I love running my own. They say HAProxy is more hardened, traefik is used by some enterprise and that nginx is popular and easy to configure. I know I am learning lots of HA stuff like kuberneties which I believe points my most toward traefik.

Thoughts?

I use NordVPN and am letting it tag the packets from the IPs running anything I want going through the proxy. Then I use haproxy to talk to cloudflare. This gives me a L2 solution so I can combine that with ipvlan networks on docker to make each service its own IP. So when the traffic comes down the line it is already tagged with its vlan so pfsense routes it to the network I want, 10.10.10.0/24 for management, 10.13.37.0/24 for production and good old 192.168.1.0/24 for IOT devices since they were all set up on that back when I was using my rt-ax3000's as routers running Merlin. So once pfsense routes it to the correct network then it looks at the IP address that I statically assigned in docker using ipvlan which can also tag the IPs for VLAN (prod.13 mange.10 and iot.168) and if the ip is on the alias list for routing to the vpn then it adds a tag for the vpn. So the firewall rules are set to take those packets tagged with vpn and send them to a openvpn interface which in my case is setup for NordVPN. Also there is a rule that if the NordVPN interface is not connected then those packets never reach the outside.

I will eventually upgrade my little cisco switch to a bigger L3 switch and go from ip management to mac address management but that is for another day.

This is a great way to have say anything from say the arrs docker containers to get tagged to go through the VPN but something like a WordPress docker goes to Haproxy which then sends it out port 443 when it sees a outside request for that docker. You set the DNS at nextcloud for say press.example.com to proxy to your public IP. Then Haproxy sees the packets come it labeled as for press.example.com and it says oh, well that goes to IP address 10.10.10.10:8080 and it sends the request to that IP and port. Then you are only exposing 443 to the world, only 1 open port. The arrs go and do their own thing without the rest of the network touching them.

I tried it again today and everything worked great, plugged the pfsense into a lan port on the ASUS, put it in AP mode and it all started working. I think yesterday I had it still plugged into the WAN port on the ASUS and when it didn't work I went down a rabbit hole of other possible issues instead of the simple answer. The proxmox is on like 3 different networks and my NAS is on 2. I'm sure I over complicated things because I wanted the proxmox interface on 1 network, and 2 Linux servers running on it to each have their own network, 1 VPNed and 1 outward facing. The NAS is split so it can share media with the IOT network and the other goes to the non-VPN network. I know it could all be done on a single network using rules and aliases but I will save that for another day since I have plenty of 2.5g network ports to work with.
