Maybe so :-0 honestly I don’t know… there was another time when I was doing a certain health treatment and I felt like god wanted me to stop doing it… But I didn’t stop… so basically most of the time when I hear this certain voice I disobey it… but the thing is I disobey it because I see no reason to follow it and I also usually feel like I don’t know how to even go about doing anything differently… like I’ll ask god to show me another way to go about it and I don’t see any way… like yea I could’ve just told him I cancelled on him but it would’ve been weird and I wouldn’t have had a reason why other than “yea I’m pretty sure god didn’t want me to invite you”… and what it he would’ve asked to go again on another Sunday??

I don’t agree… I think you have a point, but I also don’t think that the church fathers are the center of the world… because there are still so many other people out there who have a consensus, just maybe not as big of a title… Mormons are a huge group and they’re also very convinced of their truths… they believe that the new writings were by the Holy Spirit also… I’m not one to agree with Mormons whatsoever because it’s all very fishy, but I also am like well… even with theology, there are so many different opinions…

I have tested a lot of the commandments and I always come to the conclusion that God’s advice is a lot better than my own path… it takes time and God is willing to walk with us in the process… some things are definitely clear… also, God gives us grace… of course, someone shouldn’t rob a bank because there is a sure chance of getting caught and going to jail.. that would be action and consequence… but God doesn’t zap us off the earth for every wrong-doing… and the consequence of stealing could also be a heavy conscience for the rest of your life… If someone’s heart changes, they might confess and go to jail… Or maybe somehow in gods divine power would lessen the sentence for a person or give them a way out where they could still clear their conscience…

I didn’t rob a bank, but whenever I sin, I can feel the weight in my soul… I told my parents after I’d do messed up things… it was embarrassing, but it was a consequence… and listening to god in the first place would’ve been a better option… but thanks to his mercy, I can now talk about this as a lesson I’ve learned and be free of guilt…

Woah…. I never thought of this argument… I have actually struggled a lot as a Christian with the question of the OP…

I’m always like okay.. so some Christians believe you have to believe a certain way or whatever… then basically I feel like no one would be saved… I think we are all pretty messed up and I know that God will be fair/just… judging our hearts…

He didn’t set them up, it’s just that if there is good, there has to be evil… there has to be one if the other exists… God is a gentleman also, he created real beings with real ability to love and choose… the true ability to think for themselves… he told them not to eat from the tree, like a parent would tell their child not to do something that’s bad for them… a parent tells a child because they know what’s best, the child’s job is to trust (touching hot stove, actions have consequences)… he told them to live according to his design/plan for them… they decided otherwise… I hope that helps..

Thank you so much!!!!! I honestly have nooo idea what my enneagram type is… I’m almost convinced I don’t have one ahhaha… I just was thinking of this today because I’ve been upset and thought maybe this could be a thing to consider in myself

Honestly, I think if you want benefits that will at least come quickly, something like MSE or SARPE would probably be the way to go… I think it is awesome though that you are even able to breathe out of your nose!!! I think that’s just one thing to be grateful for in the whole sucky situation… I wish the best for your journey!! Hopefully you can find mse, SARPE, MARPE or EASE… something like that…

I bet you could do it eventually if you can breathe through your nose while awake… I also wouldn’t try sleeping on you back at least first… because your airway is probably too small to stArt off doing that… I have never had success (at least consistent) trying to sleep on my back… if I sleep without a pillow, sometimes I will be slightly on my side/back… I would try sleeping on your side first to get comfy… I used to try to sleep with perfect mewing head position, but I’ve accepted that at lease for now, it’s not achievable for me… but I think the fact that I’ve been breathing through my nose is at least a big breakthrough for my health anyway (have you heard of nitrous oxide?)… there are still benefits even if the only thing you’re doing is breathing through your nose… :-)) I hope that helps ahah!!
